Who we are

I’ve been collecting knives for as long as I can remember. It started with my dad—learning why certain blades mattered, how to spot quality, and how every knife has a story if you take the time to look. What began as a shared interest turned into a lifelong passion for craftsmanship, materials, and the character that only time and use can give a piece.

My collection spans vintage folders, fixed blades, military knives, and limited-run production pieces, along with the details that bring them to life—original sheaths, catalogs, maker’s marks, and the small quirks that make a knife stand out. I’m drawn to thoughtful design, solid materials, and that unmistakable patina that tells you a blade has lived a little.

I care about condition and provenance, but I’m just as interested in odd finishes, experimental steels, and knives with a story behind them. I research makers, track serial numbers, and trade notes with other collectors to better understand where each piece fits in the bigger picture of knife history.

This site is about sharing that passion and helping others find great additions for their own collections. You can expect clear, honest descriptions, accurate measurements, and plenty of detail—no fluff, no guesswork. Whether you’re looking to buy, trade, or just talk tang stamps and grind types, you’re among friends here.
